Sterilizing Grade Filter

This filter cartridges feature a unique hydrophilic modified polyvinylidenedifluoride ( PVDF) membrane or Nylon 6,6. They are recommended for pharmaceuticals including ophthalmics and other dilute preservative solutions, biologicals including dilute protein solutions, cold and hot WFI, chemicals, aggressive solvents and sanitizing agentsMicrobial Removal rating:

• 0.45 micron with Serratia marcescens Tr>10^6
• 0.2 micron with sterilizing grade Tr>10^7 cfu/cm2 Brevudimonas diminuta
• 0.1 micron with mycoplasma rated sterilizing grade with Acholeplasma laidlawii Tr>10^8

To control by Integrity Test : Forward Flow, Bubble Point Test.

High-Flow Sterilizing Grade Filter

This filter with a unique combination of Ultipleat filter construction and optimized built in prefiltration to give longer filter life and lower filtration costs. The filters are suitable for sterile filtration of a wide range of fluids including buffers, biological fluids, tissue culture media, ophthalmic products and many others. The low protein and preservative binding fo the supor polyethersulfone membrane also ensures maximum transmission of active ingredients.

Microbial Removal rating:
